End of Year Caricatures

Happy New Year! I was very busy in 2016 and here are a few end of the year caricatures. I attended the International Society of Caricature Artists (ISCA) annual convention in Phoenix,AZ in November. In September I drew at the Hendersonville Apple Festival and and also the Mountain State Fair. I gave a caricature workshop at the Deerfield Retirement Community. Made a trip to Knoxville to draw at WUOT 91.9 FM. Lastly here are some studio commission pieces I did from client's photos.

Holiday Gift Caricatures

This time of year I draw caricature gifts from client's photos. Here is one I did of two twin brothers and their dog LaRoy. I colored the final with color pencils. These caricature gifts are great for the person who has everything.

Boxers

Here are two boxers I illustrated in watercolors. Used black ink for the outlines. These are not portraits. I exaggerated the bodies and features. You can see the changes I made from the photos.
